Do you offer international shipping?

 

Yes, Lynsey Johnstone Art offers international shipping on artwork, hand-painted glassware, wall art, cushions, bags and home accessories.

International delivery costs and timescales vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs or import charges that may apply.

 


How long does it take to process my order?

 

All items sold by Lynsey Johnstone Art are carefully prepared and packaged.

Please allow up to 3 working days for order processing before dispatch.

 

Orders placed after 1:00pm will be processed on the next working day.

 

 

What delivery options are available?

 

We currently offer the following Royal Mail tracked delivery services for UK orders:

 

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – aims to deliver within 48 hours from dispatch

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – aims to deliver within 24 hours from dispatch

 

 

Delivery timescales begin once your order has been dispatched. While these services are not guaranteed, we always do our best to meet delivery expectations, particularly during busy periods.

 

 

Will my order arrive in separate packages?

 

Yes. Items such as wall art, cushions, bags and worktop savers may be posted separately from hand-painted glassware.

This helps ensure all artwork and home décor items arrive safely and in perfect condition.

 

 

How do I care for my hand-painted glassware?

 

To protect the artwork and extend the life of your hand-painted glassware, please follow these care instructions:

 

  • Wash gently using lukewarm soapy water

  • Pat dry with a soft cloth

  • Do not soak in water for long periods

  • Avoid chemicals or abrasive cleaners

  • Not dishwasher safe

 

Proper care will help preserve the painted design and finish.

 

 

What happens if the paint comes off my glassware or the glass breaks?

 

Refunds or replacements are only available for items purchased directly through the Lynsey Johnstone Art website.

 

If an item has been purchased from a third-party retailer, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

​What if my order arrives damaged or I’m not happy?

 

If your order arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase, please:

 

  • Take clear photographs of the item and packaging

  • Email them to Lynseyjohnstoneart@gmail.com

  • Contact must be made within 48 hours of purchase

 

Failure to provide images within this timeframe may mean we are unable to assist.

If you wish to request a return, please email:

 

  • Images of the item

  • The reason for the return

 

Each return request is reviewed individually to ensure the best outcome.
