At Lynsey Johnstone Art, every piece is created with care, intention, and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so please review the policy below.

Original Artwork and Hand Painted Glassware

All original artworks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Prints & Reproductions

We accept returns on prints and reproductions within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In unused, original condition

  • Returned in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Commissions & Custom Pieces

All commissioned or personalised artwork is non-refundable and non-returnable, as it is created specifically for you.
We will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you are happy before completion.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Prints & reproductions: Dispatched within 2–4 business days

  • Commissions: Delivery timelines will be agreed individually during the booking process

Shipping Within the UK

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • All items are securely packaged to protect the artwork in transit

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location, typically 5–14 business days after dispatch

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to postal services or customs. Lynsey Johnstone Art is not responsible for delays once the item has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
